Farnham Literary Festival 2026
The fifth annual Farnham Literary Festival returns from 5th – 15th March, bringing 11 days of creativity, conversation and storytelling to venues across the town. With more than 60 events taking place in a dozen locations, the festival offers a rich programme covering books, novels, poetry, spoken word, illustration, film, theatre, creative writing and flash fiction. Uniting writers, thinkers, performers and artists in a vibrant celebration of ideas.
Farnham Town Council continues its commitment to inspiring young readers through a dedicated schools programme. This initiative connects children and young people with local talent, bestselling authors and a diverse range of creative voices, encouraging curiosity, confidence and a lifelong love of books.
